Shipping Policy

The current processing time on all orders are 10-14 business days. Please inquire about the bulk order processing time. A Rush My Order option is available on select items for an additional fee. Only purchase the Rush My Order option if M'pressed Creations has previously agreed that your timeframe could be accommodated. Please note, this expedites the processing time, not the shipping time if shipping is selected as the method of delivery. 

If selected, orders are shipped via USPS. M’pressed Creations is not responsible for delayed delivery after tracking information is provided nor responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage claims should be made with the shipping carrier.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders are shipped out based on the requested completion date. Please provide the date you would like the order to arrive, NOT the date of the event. The requested completion date should be prior to the event date.

Pick-up is available at a designated location in Nassau County, NY. Please inquire prior to selecting the pick up option.
