Terms Of Service

After placing an order, provide personalization details for the design in the Notes section at checkout. Any additional details, photos, or questions can be sent via email: [email protected] with the order number in the subject line. Please be as specific as possible when providing design details. You may include any inspiration photos, invitations, etc.

A proof will be sent via email for approval prior to starting all orders. Once a proof is  sent only minor design changes can be made. Some examples of minor design changes are spelling mistakes, font preferences, photo placement, or a minor color change. Major design changes will result in a redesign fee starting at $15. A complete theme change, changing a photo that has been edited, changing requested items, or multiple design changes are all considered major design changes. Up to 48 hours will be allotted for approval. Once 48 hours has lapsed, the order will be completed as is. Please refer to the Return Policy.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Colors display differently monitor to monitor. The colors on screen may be slightly different from what is printed.
• All products made by M’pressed Creations are subject to be posted online via social media platforms and Website(s) for advertisement. To opt out due to product containing a personal image please type: OPT OUT in Notes section at checkout.
• Some items may contain a small QR code on the back of design linking M’presssd Creations for promotional purposes. It can not be removed.
